Entry Policy for Chateau Motel

Chateau Motel is open to everyone who meets the criteria below. Members and guests on the guest list have priority at the entrance.

Entry is decided solely on the basis of the following criteria:

●     Capacity: The number of guests may not exceed the limit set by fire safety regulations.

●     Age: 18+ on Thursdays and 20+ on Fridays and Saturdays. A different age limit may apply at special events. This is announced on our social media.

●     ID: Valid photo ID, for example a passport, driving licence, national ID card or residence card.

●     Dress code: The evening’s dress code is announced on our social media and applies equally to all guests.

●     Entry ban: Guests with an active entry ban from previous visits will not be admitted.

●     Intoxication and drugs: Guests who on arrival are visibly intoxicated or appear to be under the influence of drugs or other intoxicants will not be admitted.

●     Behaviour: Guests whose behaviour poses a risk to other guests or staff will not be admitted.

●     Private and ticketed events: At private events, closed functions and ticketed events, entry requires a valid ticket or a place on the event’s guest list. Tickets are sold on the same terms to everyone. Our social media will state when an event is private or requires a ticket.

●     Large groups: For capacity and safety reasons, groups of more than 6 people must book in advance. This applies equally to all groups.

No one is refused entry because of ethnic origin, skin colour, nationality, religion, gender or sexual orientation.

If you are refused entry, you will always be told the reason. If you disagree with a decision, you can write to mail@chateaumotel.dk. We review every enquiry and reply as soon as possible.
